Saldatura laser Tiesse Robot

Systems and robot islands for laser welding operations

Laser welding is a metal joining process widely used in the automotive and agricultural industries, in furniture up to the aerospace sector.
The laser has the ability to achieve a very high energy density in a very short space of time and with minimal heat input, which makes this technology particularly effective in terms of cleanliness and precision.

Tiesse Robot applies the Kawasaki robot to laser welding, with the creation of robot cells and fully automated systems.
The advantages of robot-assisted laser welding are many: from high processing speed - which reduces time and costs - to reduced finishing, from high repeatability and reliability - with manageable penetration depth - to the extreme quality of the welded joints.
