The future of robotic welding takes shape here

tiesse robot open house 2026

On 9-10 April 2026, Tiesse Robot opens the doors of its headquarters for an Open House focused on innovation in robotic welding and sheet metal processing. An event designed for those who want to go beyond theory and see - first-hand - how the most advanced technologies are transforming production processes.
Alongside numerous live demonstrations and real-world applications, TS-Weld will take centre stage: our newly developed in-house software designed to simplify and speed up robotic welding programming.

TS-Weld: programming made simple, fast and practical

In today’s industrial landscape, one of the main barriers to adopting robotics is still the complexity of programming. TS-Weld was developed precisely to overcome this limitation.
The software allows you to manage all programming stages intuitively, drastically reducing both time and margins for error. This is not just an operational improvement, but a real shift in approach: from manual programming to a more advanced logic based on data and simulation.

With TS-Weld, you can:

  • simplify weld seam programming
  • reduce set-up and production start-up times
  • programme new parts offline while the cell continues production
  • calculate production cycle times
  • generate and simulate programmes during the design phase using CAM data, avoiding point-by-point programming

Live demos and real applications: technology you can see (and touch)

The event is built around hands-on experience. Participants will be able to closely observe various robotic welding applications, including:

  • multiple collaborative welding cells
  • various models of industrial welding robots
  • MIG/MAG welding, spot welding, and laser welding
  • post-weld quality control systems
  • vision systems for seam detection, tracking, and inspection

Each demo will be supported by Tiesse Robot technicians, ready to provide detailed explanations and discuss specific requirements.

Why attend

The Tiesse Robot Open House is not just a demonstration event.
It is an opportunity to:

  • attend a seminar dedicated to TS-Weld: we will analyse the software in detail and present a real project where it has been implemented, with the system in operation on-site
  • see collaborative cells and industrial robot cells in action
  • watch live welding and vision system demonstrations with seam detection, tracking, and inspection
  • take part in guided tours of our real-world applications
  • engage with welding robotics technicians and specialists

In a sector where efficiency and quality make the difference, moments like this help guide decisions with greater awareness.
