The BXP210L is the new jewel in the series of robots developed by Kawasaki Robotics for handling large weights. This industrial robot is designed to offer exceptional performance in terms of speed and load capacity, bringing new standards of innovation and efficiency to the most demanding industries.
Technical features
The BXP210L boasts a reach of 2,597 mm and a payload of 210 kg. With an industry-leading operating speed, this robot contributes significantly to increased productivity in both handling and spot welding operations. Its handling speed exceeds that of its predecessor, the BX200L, by about 6.3%, while speed in spot welding operations has increased by about 3%.
Evolution of the series
The BXP/BTP series represents a further evolution of the previous BX/BT series; it is characterised by maximum operating speed in robots with large payloads, enabling it to address the needs of the automotive, metalworking, casting and forging industries with greater efficiency and speed.
High performance and compact design
The BXP210L is not only fast, but also offers high wrist performance, with increased movement speed and allowable moment of inertia. The improved compact body reduces the mounting area by 13% compared to the BX200L, allowing it to be installed in small spaces.
As with the BX series, the arm's hollow structure allows equipment cables to pass through internally, reducing cable interference with the surroundings.
The BXP210L is therefore a perfect example of how Kawasaki Robotics continues to push the boundaries of innovation in industrial robotics. With its advanced features, compact design and superior performance, the new BX210L industrial robot is an excellent choice for companies looking to increase productivity and make it smoother, more reliable and higher performing.
Also fitted as standard on this robot is the F controller, a powerful new application designed to optimise the robot's energy consumption.
