In the world of industrial welding, innovation and versatility are the key elements for meeting growing production requirements. Tiesse Robot, with its consolidated experience in the sector, proposes two leading technologies destined to redefine the standards of the sector: TS Weld Mate and P2OV1000.
TS Weld Mate: collaborative welding becomes flexible
The TS Weld Mate is a solution that combines compactness, portability and ease of use. Designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, this welding cell is equipped with the CL110N collaborative robot from Kawasaki Robotics. With a small footprint of 1650 mm x 2400 mm, the TS Weld Mate fits perfectly into even the most limited production space, without sacrificing productivity thanks to its dual workstation.
The beating heart of the cell is the CL110N cobot, designed to democratise automation and make it accessible to a wider audience. Thanks to the intuitive block programming system and drag-and-drop functionality, even less experienced operators can quickly configure the cobot.
The TS Weld Mate also stands out for its portability: the autonomous cabin allows the cell to be moved between different production locations without the need for additional configurations. Operationally, the CL110N guarantees extraordinary precision and speed: with a repeatability of ± 0.02 mm and a speed of 200°/s, every weld is flawless.
P2OV1000: maximum productivity with dual robot station
If the TS Weld Mate represents the compact and collaborative evolution, the P20V1000 embodies the power and versatility of a robotic system for more demanding welding production lines. At the heart of this solution is the Kawasaki Robotics RA006L industrial robot. With a payload of 6 kg and an outreach of 1650 mm, the RA006L offers the ideal combination of precision and work capacity. Its programming, supported by the E01 controller, simplifies the setting up of operating cycles while the dual working mode allows it to adapt to different production requirements. The technological heart of the P20V1000 is complemented by a pulsed arc generator, which monitors and controls every aspect of the welding cycle, from gas control to wire feed. Attention to detail also extends to auxiliary components, such as the water cooling system, automatic torch cleaning device and fume extraction hood. A distinctive feature of the P2OV1000 is its dual-station configuration. Thanks to a horizontal double lathe positioner with rotation synchronised to the robot, the operator can load and unload parts in masked time, optimising cycles and minimising downtime.
Industrial welding: a common vision
In a constantly evolving sector, solutions such as these proposed by Tiesse Robot represent the future of industrial welding: cutting-edge technologies capable of combining production efficiency, innovation and reliability.
