Dario Daprà, Sales Engineer at Tiesse Robot, presents the features and technical details of the KJ125 robot: versatile and lightweight, it is perfect for all industrial and automotive painting applications.

Thanks to the combination of high operating performance (payload of 8 kg and reach of 1299 mm), an easy integration system and simplified programming, the new Kawasaki robot sets superior standards for quality, accuracy and uniformity in the industrial painting sector.
All painting robots in the K series are explosion-proof, ATEX category G2 T4 (gases, vapours, mists) certified and feature a specific design with 3-rotation hollow wrist.

In the video, Dario Daprà presents: "The 3-rotation wrist has a larger working area that allows greater flexibility in programming; it’s developed with the hollow wrist with an internal diameter of 50 mm for smaller models, such as the KJ125 robot, and 70 mm for larger models.
This particular wrist allows the passage of large pipes inside the robot arm, preventing paint from adhering to pipes and cables, thus minimising the risk of contamination in the paint finish. The specific operator panel simplifies connection, interfacing of peripheral equipment and programming for painting parts."
